Certain documents in a business contain sensitive data and must be well protected. However, it is almost impossible to know what actions were done on a document and who worked on it.
The auditing feature in Cabinet solves this problem because everything that happens in Cabinet is audited. All documents, folders and users together with every action done is audited. There is nothing that can happen within Cabinet that is not audited, including any actions done by administrators of the system.
This feature being so secure has helped a number of companies in Malta and UK to achieve their ISO certification. Access could have also been given to audit companies to just be able to audit information for increased reliability.
Should you have the right to access the auditing feature, the user can simply right click on the FOLDER, DOCUMENT or USER and view the entire list of audits. This list is also exportable to CSV at a click of a button.
